Bowman Center Track Plan - Final (version 3.0)

Once again, Bob Sprague (Bob's Layout Design Services) did an outstanding job fitting in a layout plan, to my benchwork dimensions. And, on a funny note, I asked him to move one building from the front edge, to the back; as it turns out, Mid-Atlantic Foam is actually in a non-rail served building on the back in the prototype!
It is extremely close to the prototype (real) Bowman Center and I've already bought the 24" x 80" hollow core doors and brackets, to begin the benchwork on our next trip down to Chesapeake.
This shows how I get one corner of the small bedroom in our apartment. Day gets the rest of our 'hobby room' for her desk & shelves. It all fits in nicely.  And, this should be plenty to keep me busy over the next 2-3 years, and will be built with portability (able to be moved) in mind. Hope to have it up on the walls (about about 39" high) and can find some 1" thick pink foam.

Once again Bob has designed a great track plan! Norm, this layout will be fun to build and since it is small you will be done in no time. Good luck with the build and update the progress often on this blog!

Do you have contact information for Mr Sprague ? I tried using his contact form on his site but it doesn't appear to be working.
